Adding an attic ventilator will exhaust that heat outside, cooling the attic, making it easier for your air conditioner to cool your home. Of course the air conditioner has to work less reducing your energy costs while making your home more comfortable.

HVAC systems need plenty of air to run on. If they are working too hard to pull air out of the room they are in it can cause them to struggle. Adding air return ducts will allow your system to “breathe easier” improving your heating and cooling. A side benefit is reduced energy costs.
